Verified captains and cars

No captain is activated before a manual review of their national ID, driving licence, taxi operating licence and licence-plate photo. You see the captain's and car's details (name, rating, number of trips, plate, colour, model) before you get in — make sure they match.

🆘

SOS button

Present on every active ride. A long press (to prevent accidental taps) instantly sends your current location, trip details, and captain and car information to the trusted contacts who opted in to SOS alerts, and to our support team, who follow up.

📲

Live trip sharing

A live tracking link shows the car's position on the map, the trip status and estimated arrival — no app needed on the recipient's side. The link expires automatically after the trip, and you can revoke it at any time.

👨‍👩‍👧

Trusted contacts

Add family or friends in Settings and choose for each: SOS alerts, and automatic sharing of night rides. You can also send the trip link to all of them with one tap from the trip screen.

🌙

Night ride protection

Between 10 pm and 6 am your trip is shared automatically with your trusted contacts, and they receive an "almost there" alert when you are within 500 metres of your destination — so they know when to expect you at the door.

👩

Female captain only

A ride preference that routes your request only to female captains. We actively support women driving taxis and are working to grow their numbers in every zone.

What happens after the ride

Two-way ratings

You rate the captain from 1 to 5 stars with quick tags (clean car, polite, safe driving, followed the route…) and an optional comment. The captain rates you too. After 10 rides a captain's average is monitored automatically: a warning below 3.5, and automatic suspension below 3.0 pending review by our team.

Complaints and disputes

Every trip has a "Report a problem" button with specific types: fare dispute, captain behaviour, safety issue, lost item, payment issue, other. Support reviews it and replies in the app, and you follow its status (open → under review → resolved). Safety complaints get top priority.

A complete record of every trip

Every trip is stored with its time, route, captain and car details, and payment. This protects both sides, lets us investigate any report accurately, and allows us to cooperate with the authorities when needed.

Tips for a safer ride

  • Match the plate and the captain with what the app shows before getting in. Don't board a car that doesn't match, even if the driver says they are "covering for a colleague".
  • Sit in the back when travelling alone, and keep your phone with the trip screen open.
  • Share your trip with someone you trust, especially on new routes or at night.
  • Pay in the app when you can so the transaction is documented, and never pay any extra amount outside it.
  • Use in-app chat to reach the captain before pickup instead of sharing extra phone numbers.
  • Don't hesitate to use SOS if you feel at risk. A false alarm is better than a late one.

In a real emergency call the police on 122 or an ambulance on 123 first, then use SOS in the app to alert your family and our team with your location and trip details.

Safety for captains too

Captains see the rider's rating, can cancel with a documented reason, and receive cancellation and waiting fees when riders don't show up. Complaints by captains against riders are reviewed just as seriously, and abusive rider accounts may be suspended.
